It 's a competition open to free participation for young solo artists or groups. Rules for participation When registering

A jury of eight people (a representative government of Colorno and Torrile , two musicians, two secondary school teachers of Colorno and Torrile , 2 Youth Center Youth Colorno and Torrile ) indicate the best songs reworked and interpreted.
